What counts as a client?
Any client you have not archived. Archiving someone you no longer work with frees the slot again and keeps their history, jobs and approvals exactly as they are.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. You are asked to move up a plan before adding another client or uploading another proof. Everything already in the workspace stays available.
Does my team cost extra?
No. Invite as many staff as you need on any plan, each with their own role. Plans are priced per workspace, not per seat.
How do I pay?
We invoice paid plans in NZD and record the plan against your workspace. Get in touch and we will get you set up on the same day.
