Any client you have not archived. Archiving someone you no longer work with frees the slot again and keeps their history, jobs and approvals exactly as they are — you can still read everything, and un-archiving them takes a slot back.
Nothing is deleted or hidden. You are asked to move up a plan before adding another client or uploading another proof. Everything already in the workspace stays available.
No. Invite as many staff as you need on any plan, each with their own role. Plans are priced per workspace, not per seat.
We invoice paid plans in NZD and record the plan against your workspace. No card is stored in ProofMate. ProofMate is not registered for GST, so no GST is added. Get in touch and we will get you set up on the same day.
Move your workspace back to the free plan on the Plan & usage screen, or email us — no notice period and no cancellation fee. You keep the paid plan until the end of the month you have paid for, then the workspace continues on Free with everything still there. We do not refund part-months, and we always refund a billing mistake of ours in full. The full wording is in cancellation and refunds.
